With the direction of the National Marketing & Customer Experience leader, the Assistant Marketing leader will be responsible for the development of strategic and annual brand plans for Chevrolet brand and products. He will assist to build the equity and brand image amongst the targeted consumers to achieve targeted market share and brand score.

Brand activation management
- Supervise a subordinate and manage all BTL brand activities related assigned carlines.
- Manage annual auto exhibition event & test drive event
Car line marketing management
- Develop marketing strategy and plan for assigned carlines
- Launch new products to the market.
- Manage cross-functional teams, and subordinates to execute projects within assigned timelines and budgets.
- Work with creative agency to develop all marketing materials and creative artworks
- Post launch report & evaluate campaign’s performance vs. KPI
- Analyze competitor performance and market trends to provide recommendations for brand development.
- Provide assistance in developing brand positioning and communication strategies.
